The Excelso from Carasso could almost be considered a medium-bodied coffee. However, the interplay of body and balanced acidity keeps it among the mild varieties. The Piu Aroma from Novell lives up to its name. Truly pure flavors melt on the tongue. We also think it's a great lungo for coffee moments that are enjoyed for longer. Terramoka's Mademoiselle Adele is the most delicate version. Very mildly roasted with surprisingly little acidity for a mild coffee, it's actually one of our bestsellers. The two Master Origins from AlterNativa3 are very fruity with a light acidity, while the other is spicy and very velvety. The Fragante is balanced and ideal for a moderately strong espresso. The Light Roast from Bonga Red Mountain offers full flavors and a hint of sweetness.
