This small roastery from Geneva is a true veteran. Founded in 1866, it is still family-owned and now Fairtrade certified and in its sixth generation.

Quality since 1866

Over more than 150 years, Carasso has developed the highest quality standards. Beans from selected micro-slots are gently roasted at the ideal temperature. To ensure the perfect product, quality manager Ennio Cantergiani oversees every single step of the process.
